Job Role: Administrator

Reporting to: Adam Cook; Operations Director
Location: Offices based in Harpenden and Hitchin.
Working hours: 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
Purpose of the role: To undertake the role of administrator and support our financial planners.

Job description:
You will be working for a firm of independent financial advisers in our head office in Harpenden. As a member of the administration team you will assist our IFAs and Mortgage Advisers in the preparation of files and records for clients. As well as documenting information in client files, you will be responsible for reporting accurate management information to our Directors under the supervision of Adam Cook Operations Director. You will be required to meet clients prior to consultant meetings, answer the telephone, prepare reports, letters and record all activities on our database. A good knowledge of Microsoft Office will be required as well as the ability to work with our database, scanning and online software.
The ideal candidate will be a quick learner striving to master their role, enthusiastic, a team asset, helping others complete their work to the highest standards and focused on client outcomes.

20 days holiday per year increasing to 23 with 3 years service.
3 month probationary period
Auto enrolment pension and 4* death in service life cover available.
There is a study package available should they wish to further their career as a paraplanner or IFA.
There are limited parking facilities currently available at the premises.
