Your Client Portal allows us to present information and interact with you whilst reducing the risk of compromised personal data.

The security of your data is important to us. Whilst we have firewalls and technology to prevent data breaches you may not have such robust systems. To share personal data with you securely and for you to share your data with us, we have developed a Client Portal where one of the key benefits is secure 2- way messaging. Think of it as your personal dedicated Lyndhurst email account.

Besides secure messaging we also have tools which allow you to complete forms required for our advice process in a secure digital way, meaning there is a need to put the personal details we require through the postal system. You can quick and easily update your information such as your income and expenses to keep us informed of any changes and allow us to provide the best possible tailored advice for you.

We have a digital signature service which allows us to share documents with you to be approved by you without the need for a wet signature. The service sends a code to your mobile device via text message so we can be sure you have authorised the content of the documents.

My Planning

We have upgraded our client reporting with abrdn and you should by now have received an email from direct from abrdn to setup new login credentials. If you have not received an email it may be worth checking your spam folder. The login for the new service is powered by Okta.

Setup is easy. Click the registration link in the email, enter a new password of your choice, (this does not have to be your old password) complete your name and surname and click register.

A verification email is then sent to your email account. Once you have received this click to verify your account and you will be able to login to the new Lyndhurst Wrap Account view.
