Adam leads Lyndhurst’s operational strategy and ensures our processes deliver exceptional client service. He holds the Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning and is a Chartered Financial Planner, reflecting his technical expertise and commitment to professional excellence. He also carries responsibility for the SMF16 Compliance Oversight function under SM&CR.
Previous Experience
Adam joined Lyndhurst in 1999 when the office moved from Watford to Harpenden.
Throughout this time there has been much change in the industry and part of the role Adam has played has been in understanding changes from a compliance and service perspective and to adapt and innovate processes to meet the demands of our clients and our regulator.
Due to this long-term active engagement in technology and forward view on how systems can support the advice process and lead to better outcomes for clients, his views are respected by many of the leading firms that support our client service such as our Lyndhurst Smart Planning tools, Dynamic Planner, Moneyinfo, Xplan and some wrap platforms.
Adam has been a Director of the business since 2016 and continues to support the Lyndhurst team to provide personal and often face to face advice to clients, supported by robust processes and flexible service delivery tools. This allows people to access financial advice in a way that suits their needs and allocation of time.
Adam is a keen golfer although finding time to play is increasingly difficult. He also enjoys playing badminton, snooker and lawn bowls socially.
