Terms and Conditions:
- You must be an existing Lyndhurst client to refer friends and family.
- Anyone referred must be over the age of 18, a resident of the UK, and not already an existing client of Lyndhurst. Their application will be subject to Lyndhurst’s approval.
- You voluntarily choose to provide personal details to us via this website. Personal information will be treated as confidential by us and held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. You agree that such personal information may be used to provide you with details of services and products in writing, by email or by telephone.

- This offer should only be sent by the referrer to people with whom they have an existing relationship – such as friends and family – and who consent to receiving this type of message.
- Offer valid from 14 November 2025.
- The donation is not redeemed immediately. Once the referred person has officially joined Lyndhurst, we will make a donation to our chosen charity, Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care, on a quarterly basis.
- We will not share your referral’s information with any third party, nor will we use it for marketing purposes.
- There is no limit to the number of referrals the referrer can make; each will be eligible for the offer independently of the others.
- Employees of Lyndhurst are not eligible to participate in the Referral Scheme.
- Lyndhurst reserves the right to make the final decision on whether a referral qualifies for the scheme, and to modify or terminate the scheme at any time without prior notice.
- By participating in the offer, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
