Previous Experience
Sophie joined Lyndhurst in September 2025 as our first Graduate Data Analyst, after earning a BSc in Sociology with Quantitative Methods from Manchester Metropolitan University. She works closely with Adam to support data-led decision-making across the business, helping to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic improvements.
Outside of work, Sophie is a dedicated runner and an enthusiastic reader. Her analytical mindset and curiosity make her a valuable contributor to both our team and our culture.
