Current Role
As Head of Operations, Ruth leads and supports the operations team, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our internal processes and client service delivery. Drawing on more than two decades of experience within the business, she combines deep technical knowledge with a practical, solutions‑focused approach. Ruth also continues to offer technical support to the adviser team and clients. She maintains a particular interest in the pensions arena, supported by her extensive study in this field.
Previous Experience
Ruth joined the firm in 2004 as part of the administration team before progressing quickly into the pensions team, working closely with Pensions Specialists.
She achieved her Diploma in Financial Planning in 2010 and became a Pensions Paraplanner, later completing the advanced pensions paper as part of her ongoing journey toward Chartered status.
Since the birth of her children, Ruth has worked part‑time during school hours, Monday to Thursday, balancing her operational leadership role with maintaining strong technical expertise.
Outside of Work
Ruth enjoys days out with her children and is an enthusiastic football fan.
