Current Role

As Office Manager, Kelsey plays a central role in supporting our growing team and ensuring the smooth, day‑to‑day running of the business. She creates the organised, welcoming environment that allows advisers to focus fully on our clients, coordinating internal processes and keeping everything operating efficiently behind the scenes. Kelsey’s calm, practical approach helps ensure that every client receives a consistent and high‑quality experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Outside of work, Kelsey is kept busy with her young son and enjoys meals out, discovering good food, long walks, and practising yoga.

Previous Experience

Kelsey joined Lyndhurst in 2018 as an Administrator, where she quickly built strong knowledge of the financial services industry. In this role she supported advisers through key transitions, developing the attention to detail and client‑first mindset that continue to underpin her work today. Her ability to bring structure, clarity, and reliability to complex processes made her a valued part of the team from the outset and laid the foundations for her move into office management.
