I was out with friends last night in London and knowing that I work in financial services they asked me “where is the best place to get a mortgage?”
Naturally I said the “best place to get a mortgage is at Lyndhurst”, not the town but of course the company I work for. They smiled and said “we guessed you’d say that but seriously where should we go for our mortgage?”
I then proceeded to list a few reasons why I thought Lyndhurst was the best place for them to come for their mortgage.

- Their knowledge and experience allows them to select the best deal for your circumstances
- They save you time if researching the market for yourself and form filling
- Our fees actually save you money if you consider charging for your own time (Yes I believe this) I added not only that but we don’t always charge a fee, sometimes the fee we get from the mortgage lender is enough.
- You can be sure that your mortgage is protected if using us, as we always recommend protection products. Again I added, you might not thank us for this now but if the worst were to happen, you’d be singing our praises.
You might think that some of that is just me being a salesmen, but I believe in our mortgage advisers and truly believe that if my friends decide to use them they won’t be disappointed. Lyndhurst in my opinion is the best place to get a mortgage. Contact Ken Simmons
